What It Does
Upload documents to a central library and keep versions as they change. Attach a document to a job type and it goes out with every work order of that type. If a newer version is published, work orders that have the older one are marked with a newer version available.
On the phone app, documents download by themselves on Wi-Fi and can be downloaded by hand on mobile data, so they are there when the signal is not.
